WRAITH

Privacy Policy

Operated by Farnsworth LLC · Effective July 31, 2026

WRAITH is private by design. It is a non-custodial, self-custodial wallet that runs on your device. Farnsworth LLC does not operate accounts, does not require sign-up or identity verification, does not run analytics or tracking, and does not collect, store, or sell your personal information. Your keys, seed phrase, and settings stay on your device.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Farnsworth LLC ("Farnsworth," "we," "us") approaches privacy in connection with the WRAITH wallet application, browser extension, and related interfaces (the "Service"). The Service is non-custodial: your keys, seed phrase and password are generated and held on your device, and we never receive them.

Some features do talk to a service we run — quotes for certain swaps, the yield ("Earn") flow, card purchases, and price or wallet alerts. Section 5 describes exactly what reaches it and what is kept. We do not operate accounts, ask for your identity, or build a profile of you, but "non-custodial" is not the same as "nothing leaves the device", and this policy tries to be precise about the difference rather than flattering about it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

This list is about identity and profiling. It is not a claim that no request ever reaches a server we run — see section 5.

3. Information Processed Locally on Your Device

Your wallet keys, seed phrase, passwords, addresses, and application settings are generated and stored locally on your device (for example, in your browser's local storage or an encrypted local vault). This information does not leave your device through us and is not transmitted to or accessible by Farnsworth. You are responsible for securing your device and backups.

4. Blockchain and Network Interactions

To display balances and broadcast transactions, the Service sends requests to blockchain nodes and data providers (RPC endpoints, indexers, and price sources). These requests may expose your wallet address(es) and IP address to those providers, and any transaction you broadcast becomes part of a public, permanent blockchain that is visible to anyone. This is inherent to how public blockchains work and is not controlled by us. Where supported, you may configure your own RPC endpoints to further reduce exposure.

5. The WRAITH Gateway (a service we run)

Some features route through wallet.dagentx.com, which Farnsworth operates. It exists so that API keys for commercial data providers are not shipped inside the app where anyone could take them, and so that a few features can work at all. It is a proxy, not a wallet: it never holds keys and cannot move funds.

What reaches it, and when:

You can avoid the gateway for chain access entirely by setting your own RPC endpoints in Settings. Features that are gateway-only — alerts, Earn and card purchases — simply do not run if you do not use them.

5a. Other Third-Party Services

The Service lets you reach providers we do not operate: decentralized-exchange aggregators and bridges, staking and yield protocols, blockchain RPC and data providers, and Stripe, which processes card purchases of crypto. When you use them you are interacting with that provider. Any identity verification (KYC), payment details and fiat handling for a card purchase are collected and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy — not by us, and we do not receive them. Please read the privacy policy of any third-party service before using it.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising technologies. Any local storage used is limited to operating the wallet on your device (such as remembering your settings) and is not used to track you across sites.

7. Data Security

The Service is designed to keep sensitive material client-side and under your control. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and the security of your assets depends primarily on how you protect your device, seed phrase, and credentials. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. International Users

The Service may be accessed from around the world. We do not collect personal identifiers, and the limited data described in section 5 is held on servers in the European Union. Blockchain networks and Third-Party Services are global and operate independently of us. You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to you.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
